Shipping Policy

1. Made to order

Every tee is printed when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Orders leave our print facility within 3 business days. You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email the moment it ships.

2. Delivery times

Counted from the day your order ships: United States 7–9 business days, United Kingdom 5–6, European Union 6–8, rest of the world 10–14. These are estimates, not promises. Carriers have moods.

3. Rates

Shipping is free on every order of 2 or more items. A single tee ships for $5.95 in the US and £4.95 in the UK. Everywhere else, the rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

4. Duties & taxes

US and UK orders ship from within the region, so there are no import charges. Orders elsewhere may be charged local duties or VAT on arrival; those are set by your customs office and are yours to settle.

5. Address changes

Write to us within 48 hours of ordering and we will update the address. Once a tee is printed and packed, we can no longer redirect it. A package returned to us as undeliverable is reshipped once, free.

6. Late or lost packages

If tracking has not moved for 10 days past the delivery estimate, contact us and we will reship or refund, your choice. Packages marked delivered but missing: give it 48 hours and check with neighbours first, then write to us.
