Privacy Policy

This policy covers miaiden.com and miaiden.co.uk. The short version: we collect what we need to print and ship your tees, we never sell it, and you can ask for all of it or ask us to delete it at any time.

1. What we collect

When you order: your name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation (card details go straight to our payment processor and we never see or store them). When you sign up for the newsletter: your email. When you browse: anonymised analytics such as pages viewed and device type.

2. What we use it for

Printing and shipping your order, sending order updates, answering your emails, sending the newsletter you asked for, and understanding which lines people actually want. Nothing else.

3. Who we share it with

Only the services that make the shop run: our payment processor, our print and fulfilment partner, shipping carriers, our email platform, and our analytics provider. Each gets the minimum it needs to do its job. We never sell or rent your data, to anyone, for anything.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart together, remember your region, and count visits. You can block them in your browser; the cart is the only thing that will mind.

5. Email

The newsletter is one email a week and only goes to people who signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click. Order emails (confirmation, tracking) are sent regardless, because you would be annoyed without them.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA you can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or export it. Email hello@miaiden.com and we handle it within 30 days, usually much faster.

7. Retention & security

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything is stored encrypted, and access is limited to the people who actually pack and answer things.
